- Newsletter sign-up — first name, email, and birthday (month and day only) when you join our list, so we can send news and your birthday offer.
Information collected automatically
- Site usage data — pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location, and referring site, collected via Google Analytics.
- Website activity data (only with your consent) — if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, BenchmarkOne records which pages of the Site you visit, so we can connect website visits with email subscribers and inquiries.
- Email engagement data — if you opt in to receive emails from us, whether you open or click a link in those emails, collected via BenchmarkOne, our email platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your Contact, Wedding, or Wholesale inquiry
- Route your inquiry to the appropriate staff inbox and, where relevant, into our email platform (Zapier)
- If you separately opt in, send you promotional or deal-related emails via BenchmarkOne
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it (Google Analytics)
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically sign you up for marketing emails — that only happens if you separately opt in.
We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your information with these providers for their own independent marketing purposes — only to operate our own systems.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our own recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Marketing emails — unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email from us.
- Cookies and tracking — use the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of any page to accept or decline. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decline.
- Analytics — use the Google Analytics opt-out tool, or your browser's cookie controls.
- Access, correction, or deletion — depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us using the information in Section 9 to make a request.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
